Research highlight

• IDLV significantly reduces integration of transgene and therefore minimizes risk of insertional mutagenesis.

• SVGmu enveloped IDLV specifically targets antigen delivery to DCs.   

• DCs-targeted IDLV efficiently induces longlasting antigen specific T cell response in animal model. 

• Vaccination induced immune response significantly suppresses tumor progression. 

• DCs-targeted IDLV is also capable of eliciting HIV-specific T cell response in animal model.
